I am Martin J. Snezek II, Vice President of Chapter 500 in Sacramento.
We would like to invite you to the 15th Annual Reading of the Names, being Held May 25, 2014 at the Official State Vietnam Veterans Memorial, at Capitol Park.
The event starts at 07:00 where in we as Volunteers to read the names inscribed upon the memorial in 15 min intervals, reading until Noon, when we have the main Honoring Ceremony, concluding the Ceremony at 1:00 pm.
After the main ceremony, the volunteers continue reading the names until all 5,826+ names that are inscribed have been read and honored.
Again, we invite you to attend, and if you would like volunteer to read some of the names of your brothers and sisters who gave that ultimate sacrifice during the War we all served in.
I have attached a copy of our flyer for you to distribute to your members and fellow Veteran Organizations in your area if you would please.
