On May 17, Armed Forces Day, at 8 PM in the Grass Valley Veterans Memorial Building, Vietnam Veterans of America and Friends of Vinh Son Orphanage are jointly sponsoring a Johnny Cash & Patsy Cline Tribute Show featuring Johnny & Dee Price and the Rhythm Riders. Margie and I recently saw this show at the Thunder Valley Casino in Lincoln. We had a great time. The VVA and Friends of Vinh Son are now bringing this show to Grass Valley.
I hope you will join us for a terrific evening. Proceeds from the concert will be used to support the orphanage, with more than 830 Montagnard children in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, and local veterans projects here in Nevada County.
