Redondo Beach will observe Veterans Day 2011 at the new Veterans Memorial in
beautiful Veterans Park at the beach at 1 PM on Friday, 11 November 2011. The solemn
observance will include reflection and remembrance, music, commentary and honors
to all those members of the military who have served their country.
Veterans Day is a time to honor our veterans

Participants include local elected officials and military dignitaries.. The Redondo Union High
School Marine Corps Junior ROTC is supporting the event.

Donations and contributions still being accepted for the Redondo Beach Veterans Memorial.
Sponsorships available along with the purchase of Memorial Bricks.

The service will be followed by a BBQ picnic sponsored by the Redondo Elks
The BBQ is free for all veterans and members of the military. A $5 donation from all others.
