You are cordially invited to attend VA Loma Linda Medical Center’s Muster/Welcome Home Event
(8 a. m. - 4 p. m.)

Location: Front of Medical Center and Patio between the Eye Clinic and Community Living Center
11201 Benton Street,
Loma Linda, CA 92357.
We will be doing same-day registration and physical examinations.
Veterans who get their physical exam day of event have a chance to win a grand prize of a 60” SMART TV.
Rae held at 3:00 p. m.
MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
Services available will include: • Veterans Benefits Administration
(VBA) to accept claims• My HealtheVet• Women’s Clinic• Veterans Readjustment Center• Social Work Services:
Caregiver Support, POW, Suicide Prevention, HUD/VASH Housing• Army Wounded Warrior Advocate• Vocational Rehab Representative• Other community and family Veteran groups
