Transition Improvement Act"; a discussion draft "VET OPP (Veterans' Education, Transition, and Opportunity Prioritization Plan) Act"; a discussion draft to amend title 38, U.S. Code, to adjust certain limits on the guaranteed amount of a home loan under the home loan program of the Veterans Affairs Department; a discussion draft to amend title 38, U.S. Code, to make certain improvements to the Edith Nourse Rogers STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Scholarship program of the Veterans Affairs Department; a discussion draft to amend title 38, U.S. Code, to expand eligibility for the Marine Gunnery Sergeant John David Fry Scholarship to children and spouses of certain members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces who die from service-connected disabilities; and a discussion draft to amend title 38, U.S. Code, to improve the ability of veterans to receive in-state tuition using educational assistance administered by the Veterans Affairs secretary.
