Due to rain, we have decided to cancel tomorrow's Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day ceremony at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial at 3:00 pm. For members of the Vietnam Veterans of America, the Capitol Day event inside the Capitol will still take place as scheduled from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
