The final Tribute at the "Wall."   The lowering of the "Colors" for the last time.  The "Colors" will be presented to Elaine Roach-Clark, in honor of her son PFC Joel Brattain, who lost his life in IRAQ on March 13th.  Elaine lost her father 40 years ago, when she was a young girl, in South Vietnam.  Thank you Colonel Bo Hellman and your Marines and Sailors from 1stCbtEngBn for all your support in this historic and very moving event.  We are all proud of you.
